Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your size, add it to the cart and complete the checkout with your delivery details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash and debit or credit cards.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched, by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, cancellation requests are handled under our exchange policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Pakistan.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are confirmed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days in major cities and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere.
How can I track my order?
Use our Order Tracking page, or contact us with your order number.
Exchanges and Refunds
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging, tags and accessories. See our Refund and Exchange Policy for details.
Can I get a cash refund?
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Items can be exchanged for any other available item, subject to stock availability.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available, and we will help you.
Who pays for shipping on an exchange?
For change-of-mind exchanges, shipping charges may apply. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Does the same policy apply to Cash on Delivery orders?
Yes. Approved refunds for eligible defective or incorrect items, where applicable, are processed through a mutually agreed bank account, Raast or another supported payment method.

Our pieces are available in Small, Medium and Large. Please choose your size on the product page before adding to the cart.
