This policy explains how BOHO.K confirms, ships and delivers your orders.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Order Confirmation
Online Payments
Orders paid online are reviewed and, once your payment is cleared, move to processing. Failed or declined payments are cancelled automatically.
Cash on Delivery
We may call you to verify Cash on Delivery orders. If we are unable to reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Working Days
Orders are confirmed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Major Cities
3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Cities and Remote Areas
5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, high order volumes or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be stated clearly on the website.
Payment Options
We accept Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash and debit or credit cards. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at your delivery address.
Address Details
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Once an order is placed, address changes are generally not possible. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details by email or phone. Please check your spam folder too. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not reached you within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will follow up with the courier.
Damaged Parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or the seal is opened, do not accept it and contact us immediately. See our Refund and Exchange Policy.
